Mr. Philpot has been a long time resident/business owner of Baker's Boulevard, and loves to sell his sweet treats at a fair price. Right now, Philpot's Pies & Pastries isn't open to any outsiders. We hope that if enough people can help us make this website what the Designer Elf wants it to be, then you'll be able to stop in as often as you like.
